METHOD
Four stages, no surprises halfway through
Discovery
WEEKS 1 AND 2
We enter the operation before proposing architecture. We map what systems exist, where information is lost, and which processes depend on a person repeating something. The output is a scope document with what can and cannot be done.
Design
WEEKS 3 AND 4
Architecture, data model and prototypes your team can touch. This is where it gets argued and changed, which is cheaper than changing it once built.
Build
WEEKS 5 TO 12
Two-week sprints with a demo in the test environment at the end of each. Continuous integration and automated tests from the first sprint, not at the end.
Launch
WEEK 13 ONWARD
Deployment, real telemetry, and handover to your team. We document it so they can operate it without us — that is our definition of finished.
We do not send a generic team
Most agencies have an assignment problem, not a technical one: you get whoever is free. We build the team around the problem. If it is call quality, the person who already built call quality control comes in.
We work embedded: in your channels, in your operations meetings, with access to the people who know the process. It is not an extra, it is the only way the system reflects how you actually work.
And we leave. The goal is your team operating the system, not depending on us for every change.
