PROBLEM

Booking a boat depended on calls, WhatsApp and availability nobody kept centralized. The fleet owner did not know what was free until asking.

CONSTRAINT

It had to work for two opposite audiences on the same platform: the person booking from a phone and the person managing the fleet from a desktop.

WHAT WE BUILT

A marketplace with instant booking, a mobile app for the end user, a web fleet management panel, and payments split automatically between platform and owner.
